Our team of developers have been based in Eastleigh for more than 10 years whilst the administrative function was on the other side of Southampton. In 2015 we brought the teams together and took more space in Wessex House. This brought many benefits for the business, not just improving our team culture.
The facilities at Wessex House are excellent and being in the town centre is useful for everyone. We make regular use of the meeting rooms and the café area plus the accessibility of the office has helped our recruitment process. The transport links are ideal, both for travelling locally and when going to client meetings. Many of our recruitment and HR clients are in London, Manchester and beyond, we’re even well placed to travel internationally with the airport just a few minutes away."

"I started the business in the depths of the recession and over the last eight years have steadily increased the size and quality of the new build, refurbishment, and Listed Building work. In 2018 we were finalists in South Coast Property Aware for the Best Small Development and the Best Regeneration Project. We won the Best Regeneration Project for the refurbishment of St Thomas Church in Winchester into nine luxury apartments. We were then identified as ‘ones to watch in 2019’ by Build Magazine.

Personally, I like the social aspects of having an office at Wessex House, with a variety of other businesses operating from the building and the easy accessibility to Portsmouth, Poole and Basingstoke.Being a part of Wessex House has allowed us to increase our Network by building valuable relationships, this is often overlooked but is key to all businesses."
